Our Mission Statement

To expand affordable, safe, and educational internet access across South Asia by empowering local Internet Service Providers with free training and accessible technology, and by reinvesting all proceeds into free campus WiFi, digital-literacy programs, and community connectivity for underserved learners.

The Four Pillars of Our Cause

Everything we fund and build serves one of these four public-benefit goals.

🌍

Bridge the Digital Divide

Across rural communities worldwide — from Bangladesh to Africa — millions of students still lack reliable internet. We build the software that lets small, community-based ISPs operate sustainably so they can reach the families and schools that large telcos overlook.

🎓

Digital Literacy for Students

Internet access is only the first step. We fund and run programs that teach students how to find safe, age-appropriate, and meaningful educational content online — turning bandwidth into real learning outcomes.

📶

Free Campus & Community WiFi

Through Internet For Education (i4E), proceeds are reinvested into deploying free, secure WiFi in schools, colleges, and public learning spaces worldwide, so any student can study online without paying for data.

🛠️

Capacity Building for Local ISPs

We provide free training, documentation, and open educational resources to small ISP operators on networking, billing, FreeRADIUS, MikroTik, and OLT/GPON — so local entrepreneurs can build resilient connectivity in their own communities.

Who Benefits from Our Work

Students & Schools

Free or subsidized connectivity in educational institutions, plus curated learning content and digital-skills workshops.

Small & Rural ISPs

Enterprise-grade billing and network tools at nonprofit-friendly pricing so community ISPs can compete and reinvest locally.

Underserved Communities

New connections in areas previously bypassed by commercial providers — enabling remote learning, healthcare, and civic participation.

Nonprofit Status & Transparency

We are accountable to the communities we serve.

Programs We Run

Beyond building software, i4E runs active, on-the-ground programs that put internet access and digital skills directly into the hands of students and communities.

📶

Free Campus WiFi Deployments

We design, fund, and install free wireless networks inside school buildings, college campuses, and community learning centers. Every deployment is secured with WPA2 Enterprise, content-filtered for age-appropriate educational material, and monitored 24/7. Students can connect their own devices and access curated e-learning platforms, digital libraries, and government educational portals without paying for mobile data.

🎓

Digital Literacy Workshops

Our facilitators visit partner schools and community centers to run structured digital-skills sessions. Workshops cover safe internet use, spotting misinformation, accessing government e-services, using productivity tools for coursework, and basic coding concepts. Since 2016, we have delivered workshops to thousands of students across Rangpur Division and partner districts.

🛠️

ISP Capacity Building & Training

Small, locally-owned ISPs are the backbone of rural connectivity. We publish free technical documentation, host online training sessions, and maintain open educational resources covering MikroTik RouterOS, FreeRADIUS configuration, GPON/OLT deployment, and ISP billing best practices. This knowledge empowers community entrepreneurs to build sustainable businesses that serve their neighbors.

🌍

Connectivity for Underserved Communities

We partner with local authorities and NGOs to identify communities bypassed by commercial internet providers. Through subsidized hardware programs and zero-cost ISPbills licenses, we help mission-aligned operators launch sustainable community ISPs in areas that would otherwise remain unconnected — enabling remote learning, telemedicine referrals, and civic participation.

How ISPbills Funds the Mission

ISPbills is a self-sustaining social enterprise model: ISPs worldwide subscribe to use our platform to manage their billing, subscribers, and network infrastructure. The subscription revenue covers our operating costs — and 100 % of net proceeds are reinvested into i4E’s nonprofit programs.

This model means our software must genuinely compete on quality and value. We cannot rely on grants alone — we must earn the trust of commercial ISPs every day. That discipline makes us efficient and accountable. It also means every ISP that chooses ISPbills over a competitor is, indirectly, funding a student’s internet access.

We also offer the full ISPbills platform free of charge to qualifying schools, colleges, universities, and registered NGOs worldwide — removing the software cost barrier entirely for public-benefit organizations that want to run their own campus or community internet service.
