A nonprofit initiative from Bangladesh

ISP software built to strengthen the networks people rely on.

ISPbills is a project of Internet For Education (i4E), founded in 2016 in Rangpur, Bangladesh. We help local internet providers run dependable services—and direct every profit back into i4E's work in education, connectivity and digital skills.

About Internet For Education

Software that supports a wider mission.

Internet For Education — i4E was founded to help students find relevant, meaningful educational content online and to build safer, more useful digital environments for learning.

Its work has grown to include free campus WiFi, corporate hotspot solutions, web and hosting services, communication tools, digital-skills programs and technical capacity building for local internet providers.

ISPbills became i4E's flagship software product in 2021. It gives small and growing ISPs access to capable billing and network-operations tools while creating sustainable funding for i4E's nonprofit work.

Why ISPbills exists

One operating context from subscriber to network.

Billing software should not stop at the invoice. ISPbills connects the commercial record to authentication, access infrastructure, monitoring and support so teams can understand what is happening before they act.

A message from our co-founder

Built close to the people who keep networks running.

ISP operators should not have to choose between accurate billing and reliable network operations. We started ISPbills to bring subscribers, payments, access, and infrastructure into one clear operating system.

Our commitment is to keep listening to the engineers and business teams who run networks every day—and to build software that gives them clarity, control, and room to grow.

What we believe

The principles behind every decision we make.

Operators first

We build for the people running networks at 2AM, not for a slide deck.

Trust by default

Security, privacy and auditability are baked in, never bolted on.

Ship, learn, repeat

We release often and let real operator feedback shape the roadmap.

Built for everywhere

Localized billing, currencies and payments for a global operator base.

Own your data

Your subscribers and your data belong to you — full stop.

Reliability is a feature

A billing and network platform has to be up. We treat uptime as non-negotiable.

Our journey

From an education mission to an ISP operating platform.

The product grew from the belief that reliable local ISPs are essential to meaningful internet access.
