ISPbills is a project of Internet For Education — i4E (i4e.com.bd), a registered nonprofit organization founded in 2016 in Rangpur, Bangladesh. We build world-class ISP management software and invest all profits back into expanding internet access and digital literacy globally.

Internet For Education — i4E is a nonprofit organization founded in 2016 in Rangpur, Bangladesh. i4E was created to tackle a real problem: students struggling to find relevant, meaningful educational content amid the overwhelming volume of information online. Our mission is to build smarter, more secure digital environments for education.
Beyond education tools, i4E provides services including Free Campus WiFi solutions, corporate hotspot solutions, web development & hosting, and communication services — all aimed at building better digital infrastructure for institutions and businesses.
ISPbills was created as i4E's flagship product — providing Internet Service Providers with the tools they need to operate efficiently while generating sustainable revenue that funds our nonprofit mission.
100% of ISPbills profits are reinvested into i4E's nonprofit activities, including campus connectivity programs, digital literacy training, and ISP capacity building across Bangladesh, India, and Nepal.

Our Story
Internet For Education was born from a simple observation: students in Rangpur Division had mobile data but spent it on entertainment rather than learning, not because they lacked curiosity, but because finding trustworthy educational content was overwhelming and slow on limited data plans.
Our founders started by building curated content portals and then realised the bigger bottleneck was the ISPs themselves. Small, family-run ISPs had no affordable tools to manage billing, automate collections, or monitor their networks — so they struggled to stay viable and couldn't expand into rural areas where students needed connectivity most.
ISPbills was created to solve that problem: give small ISPs enterprise-grade software at community-friendly pricing, generate sustainable revenue, and reinvest every dollar of profit back into the mission of connecting students.
What Makes Us Different
Unlike commercial software companies, i4E has no private shareholders and pays no dividends. There is no investor pressure to maximise pricing or cut support costs. Our only obligation is to our mission — which means we build features that genuinely help ISPs operate better, price fairly for markets in South Asia and Africa, and offer the entire platform free to qualifying nonprofit and educational organisations.
We are independently verified by TechSoup, approved for Microsoft Azure Nonprofit grants, and registered with the Government of Bangladesh — not self-declared. Each of these bodies conducted its own due-diligence review before granting verification.
We publish our nonprofit registration publicly, share our mission page with specific program descriptions, and welcome inquiries from donors, partners, and qualifying organisations that want to apply for free software access.
