Everything you need to set up & scale

From your first router to subscriber operations at scale — guides, references and the full API.

Introduction

ISPbills is a unified platform for subscriber billing, RADIUS authentication, network provisioning, real-time monitoring and AI-assisted operations. This overview mirrors the full documentation — jump there any time for the complete guides and API reference.

Quickstart

Go from a fresh account to your first connected customer:

1. Register & complete your ISP profile

Sign up at my.ispbills.com/register, then fill in your business name, logo and contact details under Settings → ISP Profile — these appear on invoices and the customer portal.

2. Add your first router

Under Routers & Packages → Routers, add your MikroTik (RouterOS 6.x/7.x with the API enabled), enter its IP and API credentials (default port 8728), and click Test Connection. Behind NAT? Set up a VPN account first.

3. Create PPP profiles, IP pools & packages

Create an IPv4 pool and a PPP profile linked to your router, then define a package with download/upload speed, price and billing type (monthly or daily).

4. Onboard a subscriber

Add a customer with username, password and package — ISPbills automatically provisions them on the router and RADIUS server, and generates their first bill.
