Common pricing questions
How are active subscribers billed?
For pricing, your active subscriber count is rounded up to the next 100. For example, 2,750 active subscribers are priced as up to 2,800. A local minimum monthly price also applies.
Which plans include Terminal AI and iPilot?
Terminal AI and iPilot become available when your monthly subscription reaches ৳3,000 in Bangladesh or the corresponding tier in your local currency. Lower-priced and Free Demo accounts do not include AI usage.
Are network devices included?
Three MikroTik routers and three OLTs are included. The calculator adds the local device rate only for devices above those included quantities.
What setup fees apply?
Free Demo has a one-time account setup fee. Paid setup is the local minimum or half of the first subscription, whichever is higher. Payment and SMS gateway configuration are optional one-time services.
Which currencies are available?
BDT, USD, INR, PKR, NPR and KES are available. Currency is detected when possible and can always be changed in the calculator.
What happens above 5,000 subscribers?
Enterprise remains available through the same subscriber calculator, with dedicated onboarding and support. Negotiated volume terms can be applied later.
Can you help with migration or cancellation?
Yes. Contact the team to plan data migration and cutover. Subscription and support terms are confirmed in your order agreement.
Can I upgrade as my ISP grows?
Yes. You can move to a higher subscriber tier whenever needed. Your calculator estimate, device requirements and iPilot eligibility update with the new monthly plan price.
