September 1, 2026

• Changed — One private iPilot AI experience: The web terminal and iPilot CLI now use one iPilot AI identity everywhere. iPilot AI automatically selects the best available AI for each task, so there is no selector or switching command and underlying provider details remain private.

August 31, 2026

• Added — More work can be completed in iAdmin: The refreshed Android app adds Customer 360 service actions, support-ticket updates and replies, operator and staff suspend/reactivate controls, and approval-confirmed router and OLT reboots. Every action follows the signed-in user’s permissions and ISP account scope.
• Changed — Flexible and secure iAdmin sign-in: iAdmin now provides email or Admin ID with password, Android passkeys, Google, and Facebook sign-in on one screen. Social approval is single-use, passkeys are linked to the verified ISPbills Android app, and device sessions can be revoked independently.
• Changed — Partner clients sign in through their Partner website: Group Admin accounts created through a Partner are now directed to that Partner’s website instead of signing in through the central ISPbills page. Released ISP accounts can use central sign-in again.
• Changed — Partner website prices matched to each visitor: Ready Partner websites now show package and setup prices in the supported currency matched to the visitor’s country, with USD used when no supported country currency can be identified. Checkout continues in the Partner’s configured billing currency.
• Changed — Partner packages aligned with public pricing: Packages above 100 subscribers now follow the current ISPbills public pricing schedule before the Partner discount. Package 01 remains a paid, localized Launch package for up to 100 subscribers because the direct Free package is not available for Partner sales.
• Changed — More reliable Partner website activation: A Partner account now becomes active automatically after accepted terms and successful domain setup, including when DNS becomes ready after an earlier verification attempt.

August 29, 2026

• Added — Automatic income summaries by email and WhatsApp: Group Admins receive a daily income summary each local morning and a monthly summary twice per month. Each delivery includes a branded PDF attachment with the total amount and detailed category totals.
• Changed — Complete totals in income summary PDFs: Daily and monthly PDF downloads now show the overall total amount prominently and include separate totals for customer payments, operator income, and card-distributor payments.
• Added — Monthly income summary: A new Monthly Summary submenu provides the same clear income categories and detailed branded PDF as Daily Summary, with a simple calendar-month selector.
• Changed — Daily income summary as PDF: The Daily Income Summary download now provides a branded, print-ready PDF with category totals and transaction details instead of an Excel spreadsheet.
• Changed — Reliable PDF report downloads: Daily finance and other administration reports now download as PDFs reliably without a server workspace error.
• Changed — Enterprise VAT-ready bills and invoices: Customer bills, payment receipts, ISPbills subscription invoices, and Partner storefront invoices now share one polished print-ready layout with correctly proportioned logos and clear billing details. Configured VAT is itemized separately on screens, PDFs, and invoice spreadsheets; new customer bills include VAT in the payable total while historical balances stay unchanged.
• Added — Automatic MikroTik queues for Router-controlled packages: When a Group Admin creates a PPPoE master package and chooses Router as the Speed Controller, ISPbills now checks the relevant MikroTik routers for a matching Simple Queue. If it is missing, ISPbills creates it with the package name, selected IPv4 pool, and configured speed; existing queues are preserved and connection problems are shown immediately.

August 26, 2026

• Changed — Scroll effects restored across the public website: Public pages now reveal section content while scrolling on both desktop and mobile browsers, while continuing to respect the device’s reduced-motion accessibility setting.
• Changed — International phone numbers work consistently: Phone fields now preserve explicit country calling codes and use the ISP account country when a local number is entered. Bangladesh, Kenya, and other international numbers are normalized consistently across customer, staff, profile, reseller, API, and contact workflows.
• Changed — Cleaner contact and company pages: The public Contact page now matches the rest of the website and routes conversations through trackable support requests. Obsolete footer contact details, G2 and Android-app promotions were removed, and the About page founder identity has a polished neutral avatar.
• Added — Localized iPilot pricing and clearer buying journey: The main Pricing page, iPilot product page, portal plans, and checkout now show iPilot prices in the supported currency matched to the visitor or ISP country, with USD as the fallback. The new English and Bangla guide explains the demo, credit charges, usage reports, forecasts, and top-ups.
• Added — Kenya product and setup guidance: A new Kenya solution page and refreshed help content cover KES billing, M-Pesa, Pesapal, Flutterwave, Africa’s Talking, TextSMS Kenya, Advanta SMS, and the Woosmap-first GIS setup.
• Added — Payment and SMS gateways for Kenya: Kenyan ISP groups can now configure Safaricom M-Pesa, Pesapal or Flutterwave for customer payments, and Africa’s Talking, TextSMS Kenya or Advanta SMS for messaging. Payments are verified before customer service is credited, and common Kenyan mobile-number formats are handled automatically.
• Changed — Accurate VAT collection totals: VAT charged on successful customer payments now appears in the VAT Collection report with its month, profile, rate, payment count, currency, and correctly formatted total.
• Changed — Correct GIS starting location and zoom: GIS workspaces now open at each ISP group’s configured location and zoom. Group admins can set these values in App Settings, with the saved group profile location used automatically when available.

August 25, 2026

• Added — Seven-day Woosmap GIS trial: Woosmap is now the default map provider for every ISP group, with seven days of shared access from first GIS use. Group admins can add their own Woosmap keys or explicitly switch to Google Maps from App Settings.
• Changed — Cleaner Outside Plant and Planning maps: Removed the long Network plant exceptions and Expansion priority tables so these workspaces stay focused on their map, health metrics, filters, layers, and selected-record details.
• Changed — Cleaner operator list: The Operators page no longer shows the redundant Active or Inactive tag beneath each operator name. Existing activation and suspension controls remain available from the Actions menu.
• Added — iPilot usage forecast and reports: Group admins can now review 7, 30, or 90 days of iPilot activity, see daily credit and request charts, forecast when credits may run out, compare the projected balance at access expiry, and download a CSV usage report—even before their first demo activation.
• Changed — iPilot credits always in view: The standalone terminal now shows the shared credits remaining directly in the iPilot panel header, keeps the counter visible on smaller screens, and updates it after every request. Select the counter to review usage and charges.
• Added — Guided iPilot demo and checkout: The 100-credit, 30-day iPilot demo now has its own activation page with no payment method required. Monthly access and credit top-ups use separate review pages before an invoice is created.
• Changed — Clearer iPilot terminal access: Group admins without active iPilot access are now guided to the free demo instead of opening a blocked terminal. After activation, they can use the demo on live devices independently of their main ISPbills subscription.
• Added — Simple standalone iPilot credits: Every ISP can try iPilot with 100 credits for 30 days on live devices. iPilot is now separate from the main ISPbills plan, with 1,000 shared monthly credits for USD 15 and 1,000-credit top-ups for USD 10.
• Changed — Clear usage charging for iPilot: Normal questions use one credit, a single live-device diagnosis uses two, and a fleet diagnosis uses two per device. Authorized team members share the ISP account balance, and failed web or API requests return their reserved credits.

• Changed — More readable Status and Security pages: The public Status and Security experiences now use clearer neutral surfaces, stronger text and chart contrast, larger operational labels, easier-to-scan service and monitoring cards, visible keyboard focus, and responsive layouts verified at desktop and mobile sizes.

• Changed — A focused, modern iAdmin workspace: iAdmin 3.1 now uses a calmer, faster phone and tablet design with role-focused navigation, searchable subscriber and device lists, meaningful status and loading states, richer customer service and usage details, clearer billing records, team profiles, dark mode and alerts that open the relevant protected view. All public download links now point to this signed release.
• Added — Native iAdmin 3.0 for secure mobile operations: ISP owners and authorized team members can now use a fully native Android app for subscriber, billing, collection, support, provisioning, workforce, network and messaging summaries. Each person sees only the tools allowed by their role, with secure renewable device sessions and instant alerts.
• Added — On-demand live speed and usage for customers: PPPoE and Hotspot customers can open a dedicated Speed & Live Usage page to check their current download, upload, session usage, connection time and IP address. Checks run only when requested and stop automatically after one minute to protect ISP and router capacity.
• Changed — More useful customer self-service details: Customers can update their mobile number and installation address, review their saved contact information, and securely reveal their active PPPoE username and password when needed. A changed mobile number must be verified before protected support actions continue.
• Changed — Private operational pages stay out of caches: The Admin dashboard, online-customer list, SMS history, standalone terminal, customer dashboard and live-speed workspace now explicitly prevent storage by browsers, shared proxies and content-delivery caches.
• Changed — Easier iAdmin access and product discovery: The production iAdmin download is now highlighted beside Admin sign-in and linked consistently from the website. Search services and compatible assistants also receive clearer links to ISPbills API documentation and supported discovery resources while honoring published content-use preferences.

• Changed — Cleaner, more actionable operational logs: Missing location and language settings were repaired for provisioned operator and card-distributor accounts. Routine OLT detail, incomplete signups and repeated router outages no longer overwhelm the main application log, while actionable failures remain available in shorter, automatically rotated records.
• Changed — A clearer connected-operations story on the homepage: The homepage now leads with the core billing and network platform before introducing iPilot AI. It also shows how invoicing, payment matching, subscriber policy, RADIUS access and support context stay connected, with direct paths to customer-supplied PPPoE and hotspot deployment profiles.
• Changed — Distinct regional and comparison experiences: Every regional solution now uses a purpose-built market workspace, while every competitor guide has its own decision narrative, evidence lens, page composition and visual identity.
• Changed — Distinct names for multiple Payment Forwarders: When an ISP has more than one Payment Forwarder merchant device, payment and administration screens now show the final four digits of each merchant number so staff and customers can select the intended destination confidently.
• Changed — Error pages return users to the correct workspace: Home and sign-in actions on error pages now recognize whether the visitor is a customer, card distributor, partner, account owner or administrator, avoiding links into an unrelated portal and providing a safe homepage fallback when signed out.
• Changed — Helpful mobile-number guidance at customer sign-in: Customer sign-in now keeps users on the login page when a mobile number has the wrong length, explains how many digits were entered and shows the expected 01XXXXXXXXX format instead of displaying a server error.
• Changed — Reliable suspension portal redirects: Suspended subscribers now reach the correct secure ISP notice page from ordinary web browsing, while DNS and portal access remain available and unrelated traffic stays restricted. Router cleanup and later Static IP status changes are handled consistently.

• Added — Fully native iAdmin 2.1 for daily ISP operations: The downloadable iAdmin app now uses native Android screens after sign-in instead of loading the desktop Admin panel. Alongside dashboard, subscribers and billing, its Operate workspace brings service queues, collections, support, provisioning, workforce, network health and message delivery into one action-focused mobile view.

• Changed — Compact, printable recharge vouchers with QR codes: Recharge-card downloads now offer a compact branded voucher sheet with package details, a prominent recharge PIN and QR code, while retaining the current dense code-only PDF and Excel list.

August 16, 2026

• Changed — Reliable subscription recovery and customer verification: Customers paused after an account grace period are restored safely when the subscription becomes active again, and new customers can complete mobile verification before signing in.
• Added — Flexible developer subscription offers: Developers can now give a direct ISP or Partner account either a percentage discount or a per-user discount. An offer can apply once or every month and can cover subscriptions, setup fees, add-ons, products and services.
• Changed — Clear discounts from offer to invoice: Eligible discounts are calculated consistently in account offers, Partner pricing and billing, and invoices show the discount clearly. A single-invoice offer is consumed only when its invoice is created successfully.

August 14, 2026

• Changed — Modern sign-in with passkeys and social login: The ISPbills sign-in, forgot-password and reset-password screens now use a faster responsive layout. Available Google and Facebook options appear automatically, and a saved passkey can sign in without entering an email address first.
• Changed — Clearer customer login and Customer ID recovery: The customer entry page now combines sign-in and Customer ID recovery, displays each subscriber's real name or initials after login, and links to the iCustomer Android app with the familiar Google Play badge.
• Changed — Customer IDs delivered by WhatsApp with SMS fallback: Customer ID recovery now confirms the channel that actually delivered the message, tries SMS when WhatsApp is unavailable, and shows a useful retry message when neither channel succeeds.

• Added — Human website directory and richer link previews: Visitors can browse a readable website directory from the footer, while ISPbills application, sign-in and demo links now show consistent branded previews when shared.
• Changed — Expanded company, support, security and legal pages: The public website now provides clearer Intercom and WhatsApp support choices, a co-founder message, Azure hosting and support controls, fuller privacy and service terms, improved documentation navigation and a dedicated careers application form.
• Changed — Faster DDoS investigation navigation and clearer AS paths: DDoS workspaces now follow the NOC investigation sequence from overall health and connectivity through traffic, protocols, analytics, incidents, sources, destinations and affected targets. The centered AS path chart uses observed hop order and highlights the next-hop link without underlining ASN labels.
• Changed — More reliable DDoS operations across every workspace: Current and stale telemetry are now distinguished, unresolved incidents remain visible, detection policies honor their configured scope and window, BGP readiness uses the real reachable session, incident timelines are visible, and charts and evidence tables work more consistently across desktop and mobile.
• Changed — Enterprise DDoS analytics workspaces: Overview, Destinations, Connectivity, Analytics and Targets now use high-contrast operational cards, one-row navigation shortcuts, recognizable network marks, balanced threat metrics, click-through ASN route paths and a responsive target activity console.
• Added — AS connectivity and interactive network charts: DDoS Protection now shows observed AS path adjacency, IPv4/IPv6 visibility, announced prefixes, RPKI state and declared exchange presence. Public RIPE RIS paths connect clickable Backbone, Transit and Origin ASN nodes, while charts expose exact values by mouse, keyboard or touch.
• Added — RIR, routing-security and community evidence: Attack evidence now includes official IANA-selected APNIC, ARIN, RIPE NCC, LACNIC or AFRINIC registration, licensed community threat matches, and carefully labelled RPKI origin or BGP path warnings for possible hijacks and route leaks. Intelligence evidence never authorizes mitigation by itself.
• Added — Automatic essential-address protection: Router, OLT, switch, radio, gateway, collector, BGP endpoint, connector and suspended-pool addresses are discovered automatically and rejected at every response stage, alongside the operator mitigation allowlist.
• Changed — Interactive, attributable DDoS evidence: Charts now reveal exact values by mouse, keyboard or touch. Attacking and affected addresses show matched ISPbills devices, subscribers, sessions and sites, while an internal source is called out for misconfiguration or compromise investigation.
• Added — Destination, CDN and attack-intelligence views: Direction-aware traffic now separates subscriber traffic to Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Cloudflare, Amazon and other observed networks from incoming traffic. Exact ASN/CIDR labels support local caches, BDIX, IIG and uplinks, while a separate attack view charts vectors, peaks, targets and attacking IP evidence.
• Added — Traffic, source, target and protocol analytics: Live network pulse, bandwidth/PPS/flow charts, origin-AS share, protected-target activity, protocol and port composition, plus attack timeline and vector visuals now explain decoded telemetry without demonstration data.
• Changed — Clearer live DDoS network analytics: The first screen now prioritizes readable operational signals, attack activity and one upstream BGP state with route count. Origin-AS enrichment now shows the real public ASN instead of AS1, while private and CGNAT addresses correctly show no ASN.
• Added — Native ISPbills multihop BGP peer: Connected RouterOS 7 devices can now receive a dedicated one-click eBGP multihop peer to the first-party ISPbills speaker, with Established-state verification, exact IPv4 /32 blackhole announcements and timed withdrawal.
• Added — Live traffic graphs and source ASN evidence: Overview and Attacks now show actual BPS, PPS and flow-rate observations plus source IP and ASN ownership derived from decoded telemetry; empty periods are never filled with demonstration data.
• Changed — One Response & BGP workspace: Router peers, route count, response connectors and mitigation exclusions now live in one workspace, while the duplicate Mitigation page and duplicate RouterOS telemetry form have been removed.
• Changed — Suspended-user pool excluded from BGP: Suspended addresses remain controlled by the permanent RouterOS firewall drop rules and are rejected from every manual or automatic BGP announcement.
• Added — Native managed NetFlow and IPFIX detection: The ISPbills C++ collector now parses connected-router flow records, isolates templates by observed exporter, maintains BPS, PPS and flow-rate baselines, and reports source health only after records are decoded.
• Changed — Recognizable router and exporter identity: Telemetry and response cards now show the connected device label, management endpoint, API port and observed exporter address; internal service IDs remain secondary references.
• Added — RouterOS protection without an external BGP peer: When no BGP neighbor exists, DDoS Protection can verify a connected RouterOS device and apply only the detected IPv4 /32 or IPv6 /128 as a timed local blackhole route, while preserving approval and allowlist controls.
• Changed — BGP response supports internal neighbors: Router response setup now makes clear that the BGP neighbor may be an internal mitigation speaker or an external RTBH service, so a transit-provider peer is not required.
• Changed — Responsive DDoS integrations and allowlist: Every DDoS workspace, including both connected-router setup forms and the mitigation allowlist, now reflows within the real available admin width instead of extending beyond the browser window beside the navigation sidebar.
• Added — Permanent DDoS access for the public demo: The ISPbills demo tenant can use the complete DDoS Protection workspace without a trial expiry, paid plan, invoice or automatic billing decision.

• Changed — Simpler connected-router DDoS setup: Selecting a RouterOS device now assigns one short identity to telemetry and RTBH, uses the read-only ISPbills collector, discovers existing BGP session values, and keeps advanced response controls collapsed until needed.
• Changed — Clearer DDoS trial and safety boundaries: The trial page now has stronger contrast and clear confirmation marks, protected scope accepts a CIDR or single host, scope and allowlist are explained side by side, and self-hosted sensor credentials stay out of the main connected-device workflow.
• Added — 14-day DDoS decision trial: A Group Admin can start one 14-day DDoS Protection trial without a card or invoice. When it ends, the tenant must choose a paid capacity plan or continue without the service; no plan starts automatically.
• Added — One-click RouterOS telemetry: Telemetry can configure NetFlow v5, NetFlow v9 or IPFIX directly on an already connected RouterOS device using the ISPbills managed collector address and reserved port.
• Changed — Safer flexible DDoS network scope: Protected networks can be authorized public or private IPv4/IPv6 space, and the mitigation allowlist can protect any peering, point-to-point, DNS, management, monitoring or other must-stay-up address even when it is outside protected scope.
• Changed — Compact response setup and accurate product page: Response configuration now uses a wider multi-column layout, while the public DDoS page reflects multi-source telemetry, controlled automation, current plan links and the no-automatic-invoice trial policy.
• Added — One-click RouterOS RTBH setup: DDoS Protection can now configure a dedicated RTBH policy and BGP peer directly on an already connected RouterOS device, with peer, ASN, address-family, allowlist and withdrawal safeguards.
• Changed — Clearer DDoS Protection status: The DDoS workspace header and setup status now retain strong text contrast across admin themes, while response setup explains its sequence and safety boundary more clearly.
• Added — Dedicated DDoS Protection panel: Group admins and NOC teams now share one guided DDoS workspace for network scope, telemetry, detection policies, attacks, response connectors, integrations and an operational runbook.
• Changed — Guided detection onboarding: A six-step readiness journey now covers protected IPv4 and IPv6 networks, sFlow, NetFlow, IPFIX, mirrored traffic and cloud flow logs, followed by baseline learning and BPS, PPS and flow-rate policies.
