August 14, 2026

• Changed — Modern sign-in with passkeys and social login: The ISPbills sign-in, forgot-password and reset-password screens now use a faster responsive layout. Available Google and Facebook options appear automatically, and a saved passkey can sign in without entering an email address first.
• Changed — Clearer customer login and Customer ID recovery: The customer entry page now combines sign-in and Customer ID recovery, displays each subscriber's real name or initials after login, and links to the iCustomer Android app with the familiar Google Play badge.
• Changed — Customer IDs delivered by WhatsApp with SMS fallback: Customer ID recovery now confirms the channel that actually delivered the message, tries SMS when WhatsApp is unavailable, and shows a useful retry message when neither channel succeeds.
• Changed — Safe router and OLT overview access in the demo: Demo visitors can inspect router and OLT overview information while credentials, terminal sessions, configuration changes and other protected device actions remain unavailable.
• Changed — Safer subscription plan handling: New ISP accounts receive a known trial plan instead of an unknown plan state, and incomplete legacy account identifiers can no longer cause a subscription decision to affect unrelated ISP accounts.
• Added — Sourced ISP software comparison library: New comparison pages cover Powercode, Visp, Azotel and Bangladesh providers Sweet Billing, Zapify Billing, iBilling and BD Net ISP, using current official product information and clear verification notes.
• Added — Human website directory and richer link previews: Visitors can browse a readable website directory from the footer, while ISPbills application, sign-in and demo links now show consistent branded previews when shared.
• Changed — Expanded company, support, security and legal pages: The public website now provides clearer Intercom and WhatsApp support choices, a co-founder message, Azure hosting and support controls, fuller privacy and service terms, improved documentation navigation and a dedicated careers application form.
• Changed — Faster DDoS investigation navigation and clearer AS paths: DDoS workspaces now follow the NOC investigation sequence from overall health and connectivity through traffic, protocols, analytics, incidents, sources, destinations and affected targets. The centered AS path chart uses observed hop order and highlights the next-hop link without underlining ASN labels.
• Changed — More reliable DDoS operations across every workspace: Current and stale telemetry are now distinguished, unresolved incidents remain visible, detection policies honor their configured scope and window, BGP readiness uses the real reachable session, incident timelines are visible, and charts and evidence tables work more consistently across desktop and mobile.
• Changed — Enterprise DDoS analytics workspaces: Overview, Destinations, Connectivity, Analytics and Targets now use high-contrast operational cards, one-row navigation shortcuts, recognizable network marks, balanced threat metrics, click-through ASN route paths and a responsive target activity console.
• Added — AS connectivity and interactive network charts: DDoS Protection now shows observed AS path adjacency, IPv4/IPv6 visibility, announced prefixes, RPKI state and declared exchange presence. Public RIPE RIS paths connect clickable Backbone, Transit and Origin ASN nodes, while charts expose exact values by mouse, keyboard or touch.
• Added — RIR, routing-security and community evidence: Attack evidence now includes official IANA-selected APNIC, ARIN, RIPE NCC, LACNIC or AFRINIC registration, licensed community threat matches, and carefully labelled RPKI origin or BGP path warnings for possible hijacks and route leaks. Intelligence evidence never authorizes mitigation by itself.
• Added — Automatic essential-address protection: Router, OLT, switch, radio, gateway, collector, BGP endpoint, connector and suspended-pool addresses are discovered automatically and rejected at every response stage, alongside the operator mitigation allowlist.
• Changed — Interactive, attributable DDoS evidence: Charts now reveal exact values by mouse, keyboard or touch. Attacking and affected addresses show matched ISPbills devices, subscribers, sessions and sites, while an internal source is called out for misconfiguration or compromise investigation.
• Added — Destination, CDN and attack-intelligence views: Direction-aware traffic now separates subscriber traffic to Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Cloudflare, Amazon and other observed networks from incoming traffic. Exact ASN/CIDR labels support local caches, BDIX, IIG and uplinks, while a separate attack view charts vectors, peaks, targets and attacking IP evidence.
• Added — Traffic, source, target and protocol analytics: Live network pulse, bandwidth/PPS/flow charts, origin-AS share, protected-target activity, protocol and port composition, plus attack timeline and vector visuals now explain decoded telemetry without demonstration data.
• Changed — Clearer live DDoS network analytics: The first screen now prioritizes readable operational signals, attack activity and one upstream BGP state with route count. Origin-AS enrichment now shows the real public ASN instead of AS1, while private and CGNAT addresses correctly show no ASN.
• Added — Native ISPbills multihop BGP peer: Connected RouterOS 7 devices can now receive a dedicated one-click eBGP multihop peer to the first-party ISPbills speaker, with Established-state verification, exact IPv4 /32 blackhole announcements and timed withdrawal.
• Added — Live traffic graphs and source ASN evidence: Overview and Attacks now show actual BPS, PPS and flow-rate observations plus source IP and ASN ownership derived from decoded telemetry; empty periods are never filled with demonstration data.
• Changed — One Response & BGP workspace: Router peers, route count, response connectors and mitigation exclusions now live in one workspace, while the duplicate Mitigation page and duplicate RouterOS telemetry form have been removed.
• Changed — Suspended-user pool excluded from BGP: Suspended addresses remain controlled by the permanent RouterOS firewall drop rules and are rejected from every manual or automatic BGP announcement.
• Added — Native managed NetFlow and IPFIX detection: The ISPbills C++ collector now parses connected-router flow records, isolates templates by observed exporter, maintains BPS, PPS and flow-rate baselines, and reports source health only after records are decoded.
• Changed — Recognizable router and exporter identity: Telemetry and response cards now show the connected device label, management endpoint, API port and observed exporter address; internal service IDs remain secondary references.
• Added — RouterOS protection without an external BGP peer: When no BGP neighbor exists, DDoS Protection can verify a connected RouterOS device and apply only the detected IPv4 /32 or IPv6 /128 as a timed local blackhole route, while preserving approval and allowlist controls.
• Changed — BGP response supports internal neighbors: Router response setup now makes clear that the BGP neighbor may be an internal mitigation speaker or an external RTBH service, so a transit-provider peer is not required.
• Changed — Responsive DDoS integrations and allowlist: Every DDoS workspace, including both connected-router setup forms and the mitigation allowlist, now reflows within the real available admin width instead of extending beyond the browser window beside the navigation sidebar.
• Added — Permanent DDoS access for the public demo: The ISPbills demo tenant can use the complete DDoS Protection workspace without a trial expiry, paid plan, invoice or automatic billing decision.

• Changed — Simpler connected-router DDoS setup: Selecting a RouterOS device now assigns one short identity to telemetry and RTBH, uses the read-only ISPbills collector, discovers existing BGP session values, and keeps advanced response controls collapsed until needed.
• Changed — Clearer DDoS trial and safety boundaries: The trial page now has stronger contrast and clear confirmation marks, protected scope accepts a CIDR or single host, scope and allowlist are explained side by side, and self-hosted sensor credentials stay out of the main connected-device workflow.
• Added — 14-day DDoS decision trial: A Group Admin can start one 14-day DDoS Protection trial without a card or invoice. When it ends, the tenant must choose a paid capacity plan or continue without the service; no plan starts automatically.
• Added — One-click RouterOS telemetry: Telemetry can configure NetFlow v5, NetFlow v9 or IPFIX directly on an already connected RouterOS device using the ISPbills managed collector address and reserved port.
• Changed — Safer flexible DDoS network scope: Protected networks can be authorized public or private IPv4/IPv6 space, and the mitigation allowlist can protect any peering, point-to-point, DNS, management, monitoring or other must-stay-up address even when it is outside protected scope.
• Changed — Compact response setup and accurate product page: Response configuration now uses a wider multi-column layout, while the public DDoS page reflects multi-source telemetry, controlled automation, current plan links and the no-automatic-invoice trial policy.
• Added — One-click RouterOS RTBH setup: DDoS Protection can now configure a dedicated RTBH policy and BGP peer directly on an already connected RouterOS device, with peer, ASN, address-family, allowlist and withdrawal safeguards.
• Changed — Clearer DDoS Protection status: The DDoS workspace header and setup status now retain strong text contrast across admin themes, while response setup explains its sequence and safety boundary more clearly.
• Added — Dedicated DDoS Protection panel: Group admins and NOC teams now share one guided DDoS workspace for network scope, telemetry, detection policies, attacks, response connectors, integrations and an operational runbook.
• Changed — Guided detection onboarding: A six-step readiness journey now covers protected IPv4 and IPv6 networks, sFlow, NetFlow, IPFIX, mirrored traffic and cloud flow logs, followed by baseline learning and BPS, PPS and flow-rate policies.
• Changed — Controlled mitigation integrations: RTBH, scrubbing, blocklist and webhook connectors start inert and show their real verification state. Manual, one-approval and dual-control modes keep network-impacting automation explicit.
• Added — First-seen attack notifications: New attacks create an in-product alert for the workspace owner and queue a detailed message to the configured NOC email without interrupting telemetry ingestion.

• Changed — Accurate live online-customer uptime: Online customer uptime now advances every second and remains continuous through background RADIUS synchronization and cleanup, instead of freezing or resetting for active subscribers.

• Added — Website inquiry inbox and storefront integrations: Partners can now read contact-form conversations, securely download visitor attachments, reply by email and manage inquiry status from the Partner portal. Brand settings also accept trusted website verification, analytics, tag-manager and live-chat snippets for the public storefront.
• Changed — A clearer feature story with stronger search metadata: The public Partner website now presents the platform through one essentials panel and four concise workspaces, with additional WebSite and FAQ structured data for search engines.
• Changed — Existing Partner websites stay available during package expansion: When an existing package already uses a new tier’s default name, the additional tier now receives a clear unique name automatically while the Partner’s established package name remains unchanged.
• Changed — More flexible Partner websites and packages: Partners now manage 12 ready tiers from 100 to 20,000 subscribers, choose nine for their public website, show monthly and one-time setup pricing, and can fund a setup discount from their own commission. The storefront also includes richer product views, a clearer feature catalog, sliding provider logos, and a spam-protected contact form with attachments.
• Added — Customer support tickets submit reliably: The customer portal now stores support-ticket dates in the database-safe format, preventing a server error when subscribers create a new request.
• Changed — A modern customer portal workspace: Subscribers now have a clearer responsive dashboard, grouped navigation, faster access to bills and support, and consistent modern views for packages, payments, usage, profile, recharge, and service history.
• Changed — Customer login opens from the main app address: The main ISPbills application address now opens the subscriber customer login again, while branded Partner domains continue to open their own public websites.
• Changed — More reliable Partner websites: A correctly configured managed Partner domain now remains available without unnecessary DNS changes, keeping the public website reachable during routine domain verification.
• Changed — A new Partner Program experience: The Partner page has been rebuilt around a clearer business journey, with brand and website previews, audience-focused guidance, accurate active-ISP discount levels, a practical launch path, and fully responsive presentation.

• Changed — Network monitoring works cleanly on phones: MikroTik, OLT, Ubiquiti, Cambium, topology, and device inventory screens now resize cards, charts, controls, configuration viewers, and data tables for practical mobile use.
• Added — Operator online-payment-only permission: Group admins can prevent an operator and its staff from taking cash or manually granting paid service, requiring customers to use the payment channels available in the customer portal.
• Added — Customizable group-admin dashboard: Group admins can preview, reorder, recolour, reset, and apply dashboard widgets while retaining a responsive layout across desktop and mobile screens.
• Added — App Settings now control real workflows: Customer lifecycle, billing, reseller actions, privacy, recharge, verification, notification, MAC, mapping, and suspension settings now take effect throughout the application instead of acting as display-only options.
• Added — PPPoE customers can also use Hotspot: An optional group setting lets a PPPoE customer enter their mobile number on the Hotspot portal and use one PPPoE session plus one Hotspot session at the same time, without changing normal Hotspot MAC login.
• Added — Buy internet time by the minute: When enabled, customers can purchase prorated internet minutes from their portal using wallet balance, including a configurable emergency balance allowance.
• Changed — Unified SMS and WhatsApp delivery: Manual messages and OTPs follow the selected default notification channel, retry through the fallback channel, and show SMS and WhatsApp activity together in message history and dashboard totals.
• Changed — Clearer Terminal AI logs and reports: Terminal AI logs show complete messages, tool activity, and execution steps, while affected reports now provide date-range selection for more precise review.
• Changed — Safer but more useful demo access: Demo users can try settings and add records while destructive actions, sensitive gateway or device credentials, customer deletion, and protected account changes remain blocked.
• Changed — A faster, searchable What's New page: The in-app update history now has a responsive timeline, totals, type filters, and search so new capabilities are easier to discover.

• Changed — Partner profit and billing are clearer: Partners now see their selling-price margin and wallet discount levels clearly. The previous monthly minimum commitment has been removed; the wallet reserve remains required for creating new ISP accounts.
• Added — Expanded Partner controls: Partners can configure complete payment credentials and their own SMS provider, control each team member’s access, use the shared support system, brand domains and footers, and publish six ready subscription packages.
• Added — White-label Partner workspace: Approved partners can manage their brand and domain, publish offers, onboard ISP clients, track billing and wallet funds, configure collection methods, add team members, and contact support from a dedicated workspace.
• Changed — Independent gateway settings for every ISP: Partner collection methods are now used only when an ISP pays its reseller invoice. Each ISP continues to manage its own customer payment and SMS gateway settings independently.

• Added — Clear confirmation after a successful subscription payment: Completed subscription payments now open a secure confirmation page with the invoice, transaction reference, and paid amount, making it easier to confirm that checkout finished successfully.
• Changed — Simpler plan guidance on the pricing page: The pricing page now explains the Free, Pro, and Enterprise paths before the calculator, presents the updated Pro capabilities, and lets Enterprise prospects start a sales conversation without leaving the page.
• Added — Expanded ISP operations learning library: The website now includes an expanded collection of original, structured guides for MikroTik, RADIUS, fiber access, NOC monitoring, security, billing automation, customer support, and ISP growth.
• Changed — Improved blog reading experience: Blog listings and articles now use clearer layouts, better mobile spacing, easier topic navigation, and more useful related-reading sections.
• Added — Bulk recharge from Online Customers: Select live customers, choose a recharge duration, review the combined invoice, and process the batch through the existing accounting workflow. Selections now remain checked while the online list refreshes.
• Changed — Clearer VPN setup for RouterOS 6 and 7: VPN configuration now provides separate copy-ready scripts for RouterOS 6 and 7, reflects the standalone-server architecture, and shows connected tunnels more accurately.
• Added — Online and expired counts for operators: The Operators page now shows each operator’s total, online, and expired subscribers for a faster operational overview.
• Changed — Improved security, billing, and network screens: Account security controls are easier to use, the Billing Profile Helper provides business-model guidance, package and bulk-action tables are clearer, and authorized router links open directly from customer details.
• Added — Detailed activity history for operators and staff: Operator and sub-operator activity history now includes actions by their staff and relevant customer activity, covering payments, recharge, customer changes, packages, migrations, tickets, additions, edits, and deletions. New customer edits show safely recorded old and new values.
• Changed — Safe sub-operator package editing: Operators can edit packages assigned to their direct sub-operators, while the price assigned by the group admin remains the lowest permitted rate.
• Changed — Special Price restricted to group admins: Customer Special Price controls are no longer available to operators or sub-operators, including through direct links.
• Added — Payment Forwarder support for account and SMS credit payments: Operators can submit sender and transaction details for account recharge and SMS credit payments, and the balance is credited after the merchant message is matched.
• Changed — More reliable payment and action screens: Online recharge and SMS-credit checkout now handle gateway failures clearly, accounts-receivable action menus remain visible, and dashboard activity cards keep a consistent size on desktop and mobile.

• Added — Purpose-built ISP Maps and automatic network topology: The Maps area now provides focused Operations, Network & Outside Plant, and Planning & Serviceability workspaces, plus an automatically generated router, OLT, and ONU topology.
• Added — Custom network map builder: Group admins can place routers, OLTs, ONUs, customers, and splitters on a custom map, connect them with links, and maintain their own network layout.
• Changed — More accurate multi-vendor OLT monitoring: OLT identity, uptime, VLAN, ONU, and uplink information now prefers the device command line and uses SNMP as a fallback, including support for forwarded SNMP ports.
• Changed — Clearer dashboard and network inventory: The group-admin dashboard has more useful ISP-focused charts, routers link directly to their overview, and Ubiquiti, Cambium, and switches are managed together from the Device page.
• Changed — VAT profiles now apply reliably: An enabled VAT profile now takes effect immediately and is included on regular renewals as well as package changes.
• Changed — Better mobile network operations: Maps, topology, custom-map tools, router and OLT pages, device inventory, and dashboard cards now adapt more cleanly to phones and tablets.

• Changed — More reliable Terminal AI during busy periods: The assistant now automatically retries and recovers more gracefully when the AI provider is temporarily rate-limited, so conversations are less likely to fail mid-task.
• Changed — More reliable network-wide (bulk) AI checks: When you run a fleet-wide check across many devices, the system now reduces burst traffic and retries rate-limited AI requests to improve completion success.
• Changed — More reliable scheduled tasks: Background scheduled jobs now run once as intended (previously a duplicate scheduler entry could cause some scheduled tasks to run twice).

• Added — iCopilot command-line assistant: The AI network assistant is now also available as a standalone terminal app you can run from your own computer, with a rich, colourful interface, live streaming answers, slash commands, and a one-command self-update.
• Changed — Redesigned configuration backup, history & restore: The device backup screens were rebuilt: a clean card overview with per-device backup counts, a "Backup Now" button for each device, a timeline history with side-by-side or unified diff, and a safer restore that now lives on the comparison page. Router and OLT configurations always display correctly, even before a second snapshot exists.
• Added — Automatic change detection for backups: On top of the daily scheduled backup, your routers and OLTs are now checked every 30 minutes and a new snapshot is saved automatically only when their configuration has actually changed, so you always have a point to roll back to after a live edit.
• Added — Terminal AI activity log: Every conversation with the AI network assistant is recorded in a searchable log — you can filter by staff member, device, result, and date to review what was asked and what the assistant suggested.

• Added — Configuration backup & one-click restore: Your routers and OLTs are backed up automatically every day, and a new snapshot is also saved whenever their configuration actually changes. You can browse the full history, compare any two versions side by side, and roll a device back to an earlier configuration with a single click.
• Added — AI network assistant (iCopilot): A built-in AI assistant helps you troubleshoot and configure your network in plain language. It can check the live status of your devices, look up a customer or device, run read-only health checks across your whole network at once, and guide you step by step through fixes for common issues.
• Added — Multi-currency support: Pricing can now be shown in Bangladeshi Taka, US Dollar, Indian Rupee, Pakistani Rupee, Nepalese Rupee, and Kenyan Shilling. Your currency is selected automatically based on your location, and your manual choice is remembered.
• Added — GIS operations mapping: New map views let you see customers, network infrastructure, operators, and coverage on an interactive map. You can place your own network points, link and split them, view live session activity, get rollout suggestions, and export the data.
• Added — App Settings for group admins: A new Settings → App Settings page lets you tune day-to-day behaviour — such as customer lifecycle, billing, reseller controls, notification defaults, hotspot verification, and suspension thresholds — all in one place.
• Added — Accounts and Support staff panels: You can now create dedicated Accounts and Support staff users, each with their own set of permissions, so team members only see the areas relevant to their role.
• Added — Terminal AI activity log: Every conversation with the AI network assistant is recorded in a searchable log so you can review what was asked, which device was involved, and what the assistant suggested.

• Added — Bulk customer import from Excel: You can now onboard many customers at once by uploading a spreadsheet. Download the template, map your columns, and the system validates every row and shows you exactly which entries succeeded and which need attention.
• Changed — Mobile-friendly customer management: The online, offline, and deleted customer lists now display as easy-to-tap cards on phones and tablets, with checkboxes and a bulk-action bar so you can manage customers on the go.
• Added — Live VPN server health: The VPN Servers page now shows a real-time health indicator for each server, so you can immediately see if a VPN endpoint is unreachable.
• Added — Support tickets from the portal: Portal users can now open and track support tickets without leaving the portal, and search the documentation directly from the in-app help widget.

• Added — Self-service customer portal & referrals: A dedicated portal lets your subscribers manage their account, view invoices, and pay online. A referral program rewards customers for bringing in new sign-ups.
• Added — PDF invoices: Invoices can now be generated and shared as clean, printable PDF documents.
• Added — More payment gateways: The list of supported online payment gateways has been greatly expanded, giving your customers more ways to pay.
• Changed — Redesigned subscription emails: Billing and subscription emails were refreshed to match the look and feel of the portal and marketing site.

• Added — Network Operations Center (NOC) role: A new NOC role gives network operators a focused workspace with a live network-health dashboard and granular permissions, while keeping all billing and revenue information hidden from them.
• Added — Wider OLT and device support: Support was expanded to many more OLT vendors, plus a generic option that can discover devices automatically, so more of your equipment works out of the box.
• Changed — Simplified pricing & plans: Plan tiers were refined and the pricing experience was consolidated into a single, clearer plan catalogue.
