Optical degradation is concentrated on PON 2/4.

The disconnect spike began after 11 ONUs crossed the weak-signal threshold. Inspect the splitter path first; no configuration write is recommended.

The engineering loop

From a vague alarm to a verified answer.

iPilot keeps the investigation, evidence, decision and result in one operational timeline.

  1. 01

    Understand

Resolve the subscriber, service, device and likely blast radius from one prompt.

  2. 02

    Inspect

Read live evidence across billing, RADIUS, routers, OLTs, ONUs and traffic.

  3. 03

    Decide

Separate diagnosis from action, label risk and show the exact proposed change.

  4. 04

    Verify

Recheck the network after an approved action and report the actual outcome.

One operational context

The answer is connected to the real network.

iPilot resolves relationships across the ISP operation before it recommends the next step.

Tenant-scoped accessOnly authorized systems and data are available to the engineer.

Risk is visible before anything changes.

Every operational step has a clear boundary, an accountable operator and a verification path.

Questions from engineers

Clear boundaries. No black box.

Understand where iPilot gets context, what it can do and when an operator must approve the next step.

Is iPilot included in an ISPbills subscription?+

No. iPilot is a separate credit product, so an ISP can choose it without changing its core ISPbills subscription.

How much does iPilot cost?+

Every ISP can start with 100 free credits for 30 days. Monthly access and 1,000-credit top-ups are shown in the supported currency matched to the visitor or ISP country, with USD as the fallback.

How are credits charged?+

A normal iPilot question uses 1 credit. A live single-device diagnosis uses 2 credits, and a fleet diagnosis uses 2 credits per device. Failed web and API AI requests are refunded automatically.

Is iPilot a generic chatbot?+

No. It works inside ISPbills and uses authorized operational tools to read tenant-specific subscriber, billing and network state.

Can it change router or OLT configuration?+

Supported actions follow the same access controls as the operator. Read-only checks, controlled changes and destructive actions are clearly separated; sensitive changes require explicit approval.

What can engineers investigate?+

Common workflows include subscriber outages, RADIUS failures, weak ONU signal, router health, routing problems, traffic anomalies and DDoS incidents.

Can I see what the AI checked?+

Yes. Tool activity, evidence, proposed commands and verification results remain visible in the engineering timeline.

Can engineers use a terminal?+

Yes. iPilot is available in the browser workspace and through iCLI for terminal-first operational workflows.

Is iPilot included in my ISPbills subscription?+

No. iPilot is a separate credit product. Every eligible ISP can activate one 30-day demo with 100 credits, then buy 1,000-credit monthly access or 1,000-credit top-ups in the supported currency matched to the visitor or ISP country. USD is the fallback.
