Introducing the Redesigned ISPbills Group Admin Panel

We’ve rolled out a redesigned Group Admin control panel across ISPbills, built on the modern Metronic design system. It’s a faster, cleaner workspace for the day-to-day work of running your ISP — and it’s live on your existing account, with the same sign-in, the same data, and the same role-based permissions you already use.

A cleaner, faster workspace

The new panel reorganizes the Group Admin experience around the tasks you perform most: monitoring the network, managing customers, handling billing, and configuring your gateways. Navigation is role-aware, so operators, managers, NOC, accounts, and support staff each see the tools that match their access.

• Quick command search to jump straight to a screen or action without hunting through menus.
• Improved settings and billing screens, including redesigned SMS and payment gateway forms that validate your credentials as you type.
• Partner-managed subscription workspace with retail invoice history, invoice detail, PDF download, and in-panel payment.
• Mobile-friendly layouts so you can act on the important things from a phone.

Nothing to migrate

This is a visual and workflow upgrade, not a data change. Your customers, packages, invoices, routers, and history are exactly where you left them. You sign in the same way, and every permission boundary between operators and ISPs is preserved.

Reliable SMS and OTP delivery

Alongside the new panel, we fixed an issue that could stop verification codes and notification SMS from being delivered through supported Bangladesh SMS providers. One-time passcodes and alerts now send reliably again, so mobile verification and customer notifications work as expected.
