iAdmin হলো ISPbills Admin panel-এর native Android operations client। এর role-aware screen-গুলো web workspace-এর একই server-side permission, subscription check ও tenant scope ব্যবহার করে।
Download ও প্রয়োজনীয়তা
iAdmin-এর জন্য Android 8.0 বা পরবর্তী সংস্করণ দরকার। iadmin.apk download করুন:
- ISPbills operator sign-in page-এর Get iAdmin for Android link থেকে।
Link-টি signed production build 4.0 https://app.ispbills.com/downloads/iadmin.apk?v=4.0.0 দেয়। Android APK আটকে দিলে যে browser বা file manager দিয়ে খুলেছেন তার install permission দিন। অজানা উৎসের APK ব্যবহার করবেন না।
Sign in
নিচের যেকোনো পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করুন:
- Email, Admin ID, or mobile এবং password লিখুন;
- secure browser-এ existing Admin account approve করতে Continue with Google চাপুন;
app.ispbills.com-এর saved passkey ব্যবহার করতে Sign in with a passkey চাপুন; অথবা- secure browser flow-এর জন্য Continue with Facebook চাপুন।
Passkey sign-in Android Credential Manager ও verified app.ispbills.com association ব্যবহার করে। Google ও Facebook provider-এর secure browser flow খুলে verified https://app.ispbills.com/iadmin/auth/callback app link দিয়ে ফেরে; fallback হিসেবে iadmin://auth/callback থাকে। Short-lived approval code একবার exchange করে device-bound app token দেওয়া হয়। এগুলো শুধু আগে থেকে থাকা active Admin account-এর সঙ্গে যুক্ত হয়। পদ্ধতিটি ISPbills-এ enabled থাকতে হবে এবং passkey আগে web sign-in page থেকে নিবন্ধন করতে হবে। Card-distributor ও reseller-partner account Admin workspace-এ ঢুকতে পারে না; reseller partner-এর জন্য iPartner ব্যবহার করুন।
Password login protected Admin mobile API-তে credential পাঠায়। সফল হলে server app installation-এর সঙ্গে বাঁধা short-lived access token ও rotating refresh token দেয়। Password ও one-time social approval code সংরক্ষণ করা হয় না; session credential Android Keystore-এর non-exportable key দিয়ে encrypted থাকে।
Workspace ও অনুমতি
Bottom bar-এ role অনুযায়ী সর্বোচ্চ পাঁচটি প্রধান destination এবং বাকি authorized workspace More-এ থাকে। Customer detail থেকে confirm করে suspend, reconnect, renew, invoice তৈরি ও active session disconnect করা যায়। অনুমতি থাকলে Team profile থেকে operator ও staff suspend/reactivate করা যায়। Router ও OLT detail থেকে reason ও approval reference দিয়ে confirmed reboot করা যায়। Support-এ ticket status, priority, public reply ও internal note action আছে।
কোন user কী দেখতে বা বদলাতে পারবেন তা signed-in role ও server-side permission ঠিক করে। Permission না থাকলে shortcut থেকেও 403 Forbidden আসতে পারে। Business-event push শুধু active Group Admin owner account-এ যায়, যদিও অন্য অনুমোদিত staff iAdmin ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
Settings থেকে Sign out করলে device session revoke এবং local credential মুছে যায়। Refresh token invalid বা expired হলে app আবার sign-in দেখায়।
Push alert ও deep link
Android চাইলে notification অনুমতি দিন। Native sign-in-এর পর installation নিবন্ধিত হয়। বর্তমান alert:

Alert চাপলে সংশ্লিষ্ট protected native customer, billing বা support destination খোলে। অচেনা path customer record হিসেবে ধরা হয় না। Internal support note customer-reply alert নয়।
Device access ও privacy
iAdmin internet/network ও Android notification access চায়। Cleartext HTTP ও Android backup বন্ধ। Device-bound session credential Android Keystore-backed encrypted storage-এ থাকে।
Account অনুমোদিত সব Admin page app-এ দেখা যেতে পারে। Phone screen lock ব্যবহার করুন, customer বা financial download share করবেন না এবং device হস্তান্তরের আগে sign out করুন।
সমস্যা সমাধান

| Facebook থেকে app-এ ফেরে না | Facebook enabled, তার email existing Admin account-এর এবং Android verified app.ispbills.com link iAdmin-এ খুলতে দিচ্ছে কি না দেখুন। |
| Passkey পাওয়া যায় না | আগে web sign-in page থেকে Admin account-এর passkey নিবন্ধন করুন, phone screen lock চালু রাখুন এবং একই Google Password Manager device-এ আছে কি না দেখুন। |
| Social approval expired | আবার Google বা Facebook sign-in শুরু করুন। Approval code single-use এবং তিন মিনিটে মেয়াদ শেষ হয়। |
| Menu item-এ 403 | Role-এর server-side permission নেই। App reinstall না করে Group Admin-কে staff role দেখতে বলুন। |
| Push alert আসে না | iAdmin notification চালু করে sign-in করুন ও Admin page load করুন। Account active Group Admin owner কি না দেখুন। Server-এ Firebase credential ও queue worker-ও সচল থাকতে হবে। |
| Can’t reach ISPbills | Wi-Fi/mobile data ও app.ispbills.com পরীক্ষা করে Try again চাপুন। Offline mutation queue নেই। |
