Customer-এর ধরন

ISPbills একটি connection type-এর সঙ্গে একটি billing type মিলিয়ে customer account পরিচালনা করে। প্রচলিত model-গুলো হলো:

১. PPPoE + Daily Billing

Operator বা reseller নির্দিষ্ট validity—যেমন ৭ বা ১৫ দিন—দিয়ে PPPoE account recharge করলে এই prepaid model ব্যবহার করুন। মাসের প্রথম দিনে automatic monthly bill তৈরি হয় না। Validity শেষ হলে account expire হয় এবং payment-এর পর recharge করা যায়।

২. PPPoE + Monthly Billing

Monthly billing cycle-এর জন্য এই postpaid model ব্যবহার করুন। Assigned billing profile অনুযায়ী bill স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে তৈরি হতে পারে এবং payment-এর পর ওই profile অনুযায়ী service-এর মেয়াদ বাড়ে বা আবার চালু হয়। Customer status যেন ISPbills-এর সঙ্গে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ থাকে, সে জন্য router-এর control ISP-এর কাছে রাখুন।

৩. Hotspot

Captive portal বা Wi-Fi zone-এর জন্য Hotspot ব্যবহার করুন। Customer portal দিয়ে register বা authenticate করে সমর্থিত online gateway বা recharge card দিয়ে payment করতে পারেন। Configured router, package, SMS verification ও সমর্থিত hotspot payment gateway-এর ওপর availability নির্ভর করে।

৪. Static IP + Monthly Billing

নির্দিষ্ট IP address দরকার এমন customer—সাধারণত business বা corporate connection—এর জন্য Static IP ব্যবহার করুন। বর্তমান customer-creation form-এ শুধু Group Admin Static IP নির্বাচন করতে পারেন।

৫. Other

Cable TV-এর মতো manually managed non-internet service-এর জন্য Other ব্যবহার করুন। এতে service ও billing record রাখা যায়, তবে এটি নিজে থেকে automatic network lock দেয় না।

নির্বাচিত type দিয়ে customer তৈরি করুন

1. Customers → All Customers খুলে New Customer নির্বাচন করুন।
2. পরিচয়, contact, address ও প্রয়োজনীয় map coordinate দিন।
3. PPPoE, Hotspot, Static IP (শুধু Group Admin) বা Other নির্বাচন করে Next দিন।
4. পরের ধাপগুলোতে billing profile ও package নির্বাচন করুন।
5. চাইলে username ও password-সহ প্রয়োজনীয় technical তথ্য দিন, record যাচাই করে creation শেষ করুন।

Signed-in role-এর permission অনুযায়ী form-এ option দেখা যায়। Production customer তৈরির আগে package, billing profile, router ও RADIUS প্রস্তুত করুন।
