SMS Forwarder Android অ্যাপ

iPay হলো merchant-SIM Android phone-এর জন্য নির্দিষ্ট ISPbills payment-message forwarder। এটি SMS গ্রহণ করে, সমর্থিত wallet-app notification পড়ে, payment field বের করে এবং registered ISPbills Payment Forwarder device-এ পাঠায়। এটি iAdmin ও iCustomer থেকে আলাদা।

Admin-side registration, event review ও manual approval-এর জন্য Payment Forwarder দেখুন।

Register ও install

iPay Settings-এ merchant নম্বর দিয়ে Verify Phone & Save নির্বাচন করুন, country code-সহ নম্বর দিন এবং SMS code সম্পন্ন করুন। এরপর ISPbills phone-number digit-এর বদলে random, revocable device token দেয়।

1. Group Admin হিসেবে sidebar-এর সরাসরি SMS Forwarder item খুলুন।
2. Device name ও exact merchant number দিয়ে Register Device চাপুন। ISPbills সংশ্লিষ্ট iPay gateway তৈরি বা reuse করে এবং number-এর শেষ 10 digit device token হিসেবে ব্যবহার করে।
3. ওই page-এর Download Android App থেকে app নিন। Link /sms.apk দেয়।
4. Merchant message পাওয়া phone-এ install করুন। iPay-এর জন্য Android 8.0 বা পরবর্তী সংস্করণ দরকার।
5. Settings খুলে একই merchant number লিখে Save Configuration চাপুন। বর্তমান app-এর server URL fixed এবং read-only: https://app.ispbills.com।
6. Start Service চাপুন। চলমান Payment forwarder running notification বন্ধ করবেন না।

Registered number ও app number একই হতে হবে। Bearer credential শেষ 10 digit থেকে হয়, তাই number/token প্রকাশ করবেন না এবং merchant phone অনিয়ন্ত্রিত shared device করবেন না।

প্রয়োজনীয় Android access

Settings → Notification Access থেকে iPay চালু করুন। তারপর Battery Optimization-এ Unrestricted, No restrictions বা vendor-এর সমতুল্য option দিন। Normal prompt আর না এলে App Settings ব্যবহার করুন। Phone-এ vendor auto-start থাকলে চালু করুন।

কী forward হয়

SMS body-তে supported currency marker-এর পাশে parse করা যায় এমন amount থাকলেই সেটি বিবেচিত হয়। Wallet-app notification শুধু উপরের package name থেকে নেওয়া হয়। Message-এ নাম থাকলে parser bKash, Nagad, Rocket/DBBL, Upay, mCash বা CellFin label দিতে পারে।

Forwarded event-এ merchant ও payer number, amount, পাওয়া গেলে transaction reference, বর্তমান device timestamp, SMS/notification source, detected provider, transaction direction, random event UUID এবং raw message body থাকে। Refund, reversal, failed, debit, cash-out, withdrawal, outgoing transfer বা অনুরূপ text non_credit হয়; review-এর জন্য রাখা হলেও auto-credit হয় না।

iPay সম্পূর্ণ SMS body ও নির্বাচিত wallet notification পড়তে পারে, তাই locked dedicated merchant phone-এ install করুন। Raw message-এ balance, phone number ও reference থাকতে পারে এবং reconciliation-এর জন্য ISPbills-এ যায়। Admin access, screenshot, notification preview, backup ও physical access সীমিত রাখুন।

Matching ও ব্যবহার

Service শুরুতে এবং প্রায় প্রতি 15 মিনিটে heartbeat পাঠায়। Dashboard-এ connection, device diagnostics, recent total ও update দেখা যায়। Drawer-এ Matched Payments, Customers, Online Customers, Monthly Report, Customer Payments ও Ledger আছে। Customer call, SMS ও copy action phone-এ local; Admin customer profile খুলতে normal web login দরকার।

ISPbills merchant gateway, amount, payer ও reference pending payment-এর সঙ্গে তুলনা করে। শুধু unique safe match বা supported unique customer/reference case auto-approve হয়। Partial বা multiple match Admin review-এ থাকে। Repeated event UUID বা matching transaction duplicate হয়, দুইবার credit নয়।

Phone offline থাকলে network-failed payload app-private file-এ থেকে connectivity বা heartbeat-এর সময় retry হয়। HTTP/validation failure অনির্দিষ্টকাল queue হয় না। সফল forward পুরোনো error মুছে দেয়।
