Settings → Data Policy পেজে product-এর retention ও confidentiality notice দেখানো হয়। এটি Super Admin, Group Admin, Operator ও Sub-operator interface-এ আছে এবং কোনো editable control নেই।
Published notice-এ বলা হয়েছে:
- কোনো account-এর subscription তিন মাসের বেশি suspended থাকলে account automatically delete হয়;
- 11 মাসের বেশি পুরোনো card distributor payment, account cash-in ও cash-out history, customer bill, customer payment, customer complaint এবং SMS history purge হয়;
- 20 মাসের বেশি পুরোনো expense history, income history, SMS payment ও subscription-payment history purge হয়; এবং
- parties client-এর confidential information প্রকাশ করবে না।
Page-টিকে product-এর stated policy হিসেবে ধরুন, purge dashboard হিসেবে নয়: এতে job status, exception, restore action বা export নেই। Legal, tax বা operational প্রয়োজনে দরকারি record retention window শেষ হওয়ার আগেই সংরক্ষণ করুন এবং purge বা recovery procedure নিশ্চিত করতে responsible administrator-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন।
