What this guide covers

Sign in to the ISPbills Partner workspace on Android and use its clients, billing, wallet, team, support, links, and alerts.

On this page

iPartner is the Android client for an ISPbills Partner business. It combines native authentication and navigation with the current Partner web workspace, so the selected Partner account, team membership, and server-side authorization remain authoritative.

Install and authenticate

iPartner requires Android 8.0 or later. Download the current APK from Get iPartner in the Partner portal: https://ispbills.com/ipartner.apk?v=1.1.0-823f71e5.

Sign in with the Partner ID, email, or mobile and password. The account must be an active reseller_partner account with a Partner business; a disabled team membership is rejected. Create a Partner account and Forgot password? open the corresponding ISPbills pages in the system browser.

Continue with phone verifies the mobile already registered on an existing Partner account with a one-time SMS code. Use the complete international number. Successful verification creates the same short-lived, single-use Partner session as password sign-in; it does not register a new Partner business.

Google and Facebook sign-in open the browser and return through ipartner://auth/callback. An existing Partner account is opened when its social identity or email matches. A new social user continues through the web Partner registration flow. The provider must be configured in ISPbills.

Password and social sign-in return a random, single-use session URL. It expires after three minutes and is exchanged for the normal Partner web session. The password and session URL are not stored. If account 2FA is enabled, the normal TOTP challenge remains due before protected Partner pages can be used.

Partner workspace

The bottom bar opens Overview, Clients, Billing, and Support. All features includes:

  • add ISP client, packages, and website inquiries;
  • Accounts and Partner wallet;
  • payment and SMS gateways;
  • team access;
  • a new support ticket; and
  • brand, website, and domain settings.

These are live Partner pages, not cached native copies. Changes affect the signed-in Partner business immediately. A team member sees only what the membership and server policy allow. Select Sign out in All features; reaching the ISPbills login page after session expiry also returns the app to native sign-in.

iPartner accepts relative in-app destinations under /partner and /portal/support. Verified https://app.ispbills.com/partner... links can open the app. Notification destinations are checked against the same allow-list before navigation.

After an authenticated Partner page loads, the installation registers for push. Current alerts are:

Channel Events
New ISP signups A new ISP client joins the Partner account
Invoice updates A retail or Partner wholesale invoice is created, or tracked status/amount/due data changes
Support updates An ISPbills admin replies to a Partner support ticket

Alerts are sent to registered installations belonging to that Partner business. Allow Android notifications and keep the normal server queue worker and Firebase sender configuration operational.

Device access and privacy

iPartner uses internet/network and notification access. File upload uses the Android picker, while authenticated downloads use Download Manager. Android backup and cleartext traffic are disabled. The selected Partner’s client, invoice, wallet, gateway, and support information can be commercially sensitive; protect the device and downloaded files.

There is no offline queue. A page error or failed save must be retried after connectivity returns.

Troubleshooting

Problem Resolution
Partner credentials are rejected Use the numeric Partner ID, registered email, or mobile. Confirm the operator is an active reseller-partner account and its team membership is active.
Social sign-in opens the wrong flow Start it from iPartner and confirm the provider email belongs to a Partner account. A new social identity may require completing Partner registration in the browser.
App returns to sign-in The web session expired, the account was disabled, or the one-time session URL expired. Sign in again.
A workspace page is forbidden The Partner team membership lacks permission or is disabled. Ask the Partner owner to review team access.
A support link opens outside the app Only /partner and /portal/support destinations are accepted by iPartner. Other links follow Android/browser handling.
No alerts arrive Enable notifications, sign in and load a Partner page, then verify Firebase sender credentials and the queue worker on the server.
Can’t reach the Partner portal Check Wi-Fi/mobile data and app.ispbills.com, then select Try again.
