Point a Domain to ISPbills on Any Other Provider

The record is the same everywhere; only the wording of the screens changes. Use this if your provider is not listed, including Namecheap PremiumDNS, AWS Route 53, Google Cloud DNS, Squarespace (formerly Google Domains), IONOS, Bluehost, HostGator, or a cPanel/Plesk hosting panel. Steps
- Log in to the company that manages your domain’s DNS (usually where the domain’s nameservers point).
- Open the DNS area — it may be called DNS, DNS Zone Editor, Manage DNS, Advanced DNS, or Name Server Records.
- Add a new record with these values:

- Save the record.
- Return to Partner → Domains, add the full hostname and select Verify DNS.
Check it is public
Use a free checker such as dnschecker.org: choose CNAME, enter your subdomain (e.g. billing.yourbrand.com) and confirm it returns app.ispbills.com from multiple locations before verifying.
On a cPanel host use Zone Editor → Manage → Add Record → CNAME. On Plesk use Websites & Domains → DNS Settings → Add Record → CNAME.
If your provider will not accept app.ispbills.com because it “must end with a dot”, enter app.ispbills.com. with a trailing dot. Do not include https:// or any path.
