On this page
iPilot is a separate product from the main ISPbills subscription. Changing the ISPbills subscriber plan does not add iPilot credits, and buying iPilot does not change the core subscription.
Simple pricing
| Option | Price | Credits | Access |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free demo | No charge | 100 | One 30-day demo with live devices |
| Monthly access | Local-currency equivalent of USD 15 per month | 1,000 | Live devices and all authorized team members |
| Credit top-up | Local-currency equivalent of USD 10 one time | 1,000 | Requires an active monthly iPilot period |
The website detects the visitor’s country and shows the corresponding supported billing currency. The signed-in Group Admin’s country confirms the checkout and invoice currency; USD is used only when no supported country currency can be resolved. The demo is available once per ISP account. Credits are shared by the Group Admin and authorized staff; team members do not receive separate balances.
Credit rules
- A normal iPilot question costs 1 credit.
- A request connected to one live device costs 2 credits.
- A fleet tool call reserves 2 credits for each scoped device before work begins.
- Failed web, streaming and iCLI model requests return the reserved credits automatically.
Credits from each allocation retain their own source, expiry and remaining quantity. Unused monthly or demo credits expire with that access period. A top-up extends the usable balance but does not create or extend monthly access.
Start the demo or buy credits
- Open iPilot Credits in the ISP portal.
- Select Review free demo to activate the one-time 100-credit demo, or Review and buy for monthly access.
- Review the order and complete payment through the available portal gateway.
- After payment is confirmed, the credit allocation appears automatically.
- During an active paid period, select Review top-up to buy another 1,000 credits.
Opening the standalone workspace can also direct an eligible Group Admin to the demo page. The demo is not a public anonymous sandbox; sign-in and an eligible ISP account are required.
Monitor usage and charges
The iPilot Credits page shows:
- credit limit, available credits and net credits used;
- 7-, 30- or 90-day usage charts;
- average daily use, estimated runout date and balance forecast;
- requests and credits used by team member;
- demo, monthly and top-up allocations with expiry dates;
- paid and outstanding iPilot invoices; and
- an auditable credit ledger with grants, charges, refunds, reversals and balance after each entry.
Use Download CSV to export the selected reporting period. Forecasts use recent net consumption and will change as team activity and live-device scope change.
