WhatsApp Broadcast

Settings → WhatsApp Broadcast queues one message to a selected set of customers through an active WhatsApp gateway. A message can contain up to 4,096 characters.

Send a broadcast

  1. Confirm an active gateway exists in WhatsApp Integration.
  2. Choose All customers or a customer status such as active, suspended, or disabled.
  3. Write and review the message, then submit the broadcast.

Customers without a mobile number are skipped. ISPbills creates pending history records and processes delivery in the queue, so the request completing does not mean every message has been delivered. Use WhatsApp History for the result.

The server currently supports the all-customer and status filters. Do not rely on a zone selector even if an older interface displays one.

Obtain consent, avoid sensitive account data, and split large sends when your provider imposes throughput or template restrictions.
