Payment Processing
ISPbills supports multiple payment channels — cash, recharge cards, and online gateways.
Online Payment Gateways
Offer customer-portal checkout and payment links through configured provider accounts. The public integration directory counts distinct external providers, not separate checkout modes or internal/manual payment methods. Merchant eligibility, currency and regional availability apply.
- Methods — cash, online portal, recharge card, auto-debit from advance balance, inter-operator send money
- Gateways — bKash, Nagad, Stripe, SSLCommerz, ShurjoPay, Aamarpay, M-Pesa, Razorpay and other registered providers
- Auto pipeline — payment → bill clearance → reactivation → router reconnect → notification → accounting entry
- Verification — automatic 30-minute recheck + manual gateway verification
- Payment links — individual links and SMS or email broadcasts for online bill payment
See: Bills and Payments, Payment Gateways
Network Management
ISPbills integrates directly with your network infrastructure for provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- MikroTik integration — router management via RouterOS API: live monitoring, PPP profile push, customer disconnect/reconnect, database sync, traffic monitoring, and scheduled health checks
- PPPoE profiles — speed limits, IP pool assignments (IPv4 + IPv6), static/dynamic allocation, bulk replace
- FreeRADIUS — manages check/reply attributes, group assignments, accounting, session tracking, and automatic sync
- IP management — IPv4/IPv6 pools from CIDR subnets, static assignment, bulk re-allocation, suspended-user walled garden pool
- Suspension redirect — branded portal page with payment links for self-service reactivation
- Network topology & GIS map — visual maps with custom nodes, links, and geo-located sites
One-Click MikroTik Configuration
Open Configure Router, select the operator, choose whether to update the system identity, and submit the configuration once. ISPbills applies its managed RouterOS setup rather than requiring you to enter each command manually.
- Configure RADIUS, PPPoE AAA and supported Hotspot profiles
- Apply managed NAT, Walled Garden and subscriber-access policies
- Use iPilot to request the same setup with queued progress and per-step results
The router must already be registered and reachable with write-capable API credentials. Configure Hotspot servers first where required, review the target and take an appropriate backup before changing a live router. This is not zero-touch setup of an unconnected factory-default device.
See: NOC Dashboard, Monitoring
iPilot — AI Network Assistant
iPilot is ISPbills’ built-in AI terminal for plain-language network diagnostics and guided configuration. Ask it to investigate an outage, inspect a fleet or configure a supported device. Live changes require explicit authorization and compatible device access.
- Natural-language operations — describe what you need in plain English; no need to memorize vendor CLI syntax
- Multi-vendor — works across MikroTik routers, OLT/ONU fibre equipment, and managed switches
- Guided changes — configuration writes require operator approval and device-management permission; disruptive actions need a reviewed execution plan
- Fleet-wide diagnostics — inspect multiple devices through read-only fleet checks; these checks do not apply blanket configuration changes
- Root-cause diagnostics — correlates customer complaints, device signals, and logs to isolate the real fault
- Real-time incident response — detect and respond to events like DDoS traffic or link floods as they happen
- Session memory — keeps context across a conversation so follow-up questions don’t need to repeat details
Its own top-level menu covers getting started, the full command/vendor reference, safety model, and four in-depth walkthroughs (DDoS response, device configuration, fleet operations, root-cause analysis).
See iPilot AI.
AI Device Configuration
- OLT configuration — inspect the target and apply approved CLI command sequences through the supported OLT connection
- Switch configuration — run approved configuration sequences on registered managed switches over configured SSH or Telnet access
- MikroTik configuration — execute supported RouterOS API changes or request the standard ISPbills router setup
- Recovery guidance — use available OLT and MikroTik checkpoints before risky changes and inspect output afterward
Model, firmware, credentials, role permissions and iPilot availability determine what can run. Brand selection is not a hardware-compatibility guarantee. Fleet diagnostics remain read-only, and reset, reboot or erase commands are not allowed through direct AI device execution.
OLT/ONU Fibre Management
Built-in FTTH management with support for VSOL, DBC, Huawei, ZTE, BDCOM, and more.
- OLT registration — add OLTs with IP, credentials, SSH/Telnet/SNMP settings
- Auto ONU discovery — 15-minute sync cycle discovers and updates ONU records
- ONU inventory — status, signal level, distance, temperature, last sync
- Customer-to-ONU mapping — automatic MAC matching from RADIUS accounting
- Running config & VLAN discovery — retrieve configs and cache VLAN assignments
See: OLT Management
VPN Management
Provision and manage VPN accounts across WireGuard, OpenVPN, MikroTik PPP, and SSTP. Includes server management, account provisioning, IP pool management, config download, and full API access.
Reseller & Operator Hierarchy
Within an ISP, the commercial reseller hierarchy is Group Admin → Operator (reseller) → Sub-Operator (sub-reseller). Managers, NOC staff and card distributors have separate responsibilities; they are not additional levels beneath every sub-reseller. Platform partners who sell ISPbills subscriptions use a separate commercial portal.
Reseller Panel
- Dedicated reseller login with an operator business dashboard
- Assigned packages, pricing and billing profiles
- Income, expenses, collections and account-balance summaries
- Create and manage downstream sub-reseller accounts
- ISP-controlled account type, credit limit and manual-payment permission
Sub-Reseller Panel
- Separate downstream login under the parent reseller
- Company profile and assigned billing profiles
- Account type, balance and credit-limit controls
- Own income, expenses, billed amounts, collections and open-complaint summaries
Both panels follow the assigned account scope. A sub-reseller login does not grant platform administration or unrestricted access to other resellers.
SMS, WhatsApp & Email Notifications
Unified notification system routing messages via SMS (ADN, BulkSmsBD, SSL Wireless, Robi, and more), WhatsApp (Meta Cloud API, Twilio, 360dialog), or Email (per-operator SMTP).
SMS Gateways
ISP administrators can configure supported SMS provider credentials and sender settings. Messaging uses the ISP’s own gateway or an eligible shared gateway in its hierarchy. An active provider account and an approved sender may be required.
-
Provider-specific credential forms and sender-number configuration
-
Message history with recipients, message text and delivery-status records
-
Supported cost accounting with reseller cost-payer rules
-
Event-triggered messages for payment, suspension, activation, expiration, and more
