Settings → WhatsApp History records queued and completed WhatsApp sends. The list shows 15 records per page.
Filter by an exact status or exact destination number. Common lifecycle values are pending, sent, delivered, read, and failed. Each row includes the destination, message, status, cost when reported, and sent/created timestamps.
sent means the provider accepted the send. delivered and read depend on provider webhook updates and may remain unavailable when the gateway does not report them. For failed, compare the destination format and gateway configuration, then inspect the provider result before sending again. Avoid repeatedly retrying a broadcast until you know whether the first request reached the provider.
