Point a Domain to ISPbills on ResellerClub

Use this if your domain is with ResellerClub or a control panel built on the same Orderbox system (for example BigRock and many white-label registrars). See Connect a Custom Domain for the general rule.
Before you start
ResellerClub only edits your DNS when the domain uses ResellerClub’s DNS service / nameservers. If your domain instead points to a cPanel hosting account, edit DNS in cPanel → Zone Editor instead — see Any other provider.
Steps
- Log in to your ResellerClub control panel (or your registrar’s Orderbox panel).
- Open the domain, find DNS Management and activate the free DNS service if prompted.
- Select Manage DNS, then the CNAME Records tab.
- Select Add CNAME Record and set the fields:
- Host Name: your subdomain only, e.g.
billing - Value / Destination:
app.ispbills.com - TTL:
14400
- Host Name: your subdomain only, e.g.
- Save the record.
- Return to Partner → Domains, add your hostname and select Verify DNS.
Make sure the domain’s nameservers are ResellerClub’s DNS nameservers (for example dns1.myorderbox.com … dns4.myorderbox.com). Only then does the DNS Management panel control what resolves publicly.
