Service terms and operating conditions for ISPbills users
On this page
These terms govern your use of the ISPbills platform. By registering and using the service, you agree to the following conditions. If your signed order, subscription portal, or a later policy notice differs from this summary, the current contractual terms and applicable law control.
Last reviewed: August 2026. ISPbills may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through an available account contact or an in-panel notice where required.
Account Registration and Access
- You must provide accurate information during registration. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. ISPbills is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from shared or compromised passwords.
- Each account is intended for a single ISP operation. Sharing a single account across multiple unrelated businesses is not permitted.
Account Retention
- Trial, unused, suspended, or unpaid accounts may be restricted or removed under the lifecycle policy shown in the subscription portal or communicated during onboarding. Do not rely on a fixed deletion period unless ISPbills confirms it for your account.
- Overdue subscription bills may result in restricted or suspended access before an account is terminated.
- Where practical and required, ISPbills will use an available registered contact or in-panel notice before account termination. Keep the account’s email address and mobile number current.
Service Availability
- ISPbills targets high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance, hardware failures, software updates, or events beyond our control.
- Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via the admin panel or email when possible.
- ISPbills is not liable for business losses arising from service interruptions.
Data Retention and Privacy
- Retention varies by record type, subscription state, legal obligations, security needs, backup cycle, and operational requirements. ISPbills does not promise a single retention period for all SMS, payment, session, or audit records in this page.
- Customer personal data is stored securely and is only accessible to the ISP operator who owns the account.
- ISPbills processes or discloses customer data only as described in the applicable privacy terms, to provide the service, or as required by law.
- Deletion requests and terminated accounts are processed under the current privacy and retention policy. Legal holds, security records, billing obligations, and backups may delay or limit deletion. Export required records before cancelling service.
Acceptable Use
- You must not use ISPbills to store, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
- You must not attempt to access other users’ data, reverse-engineer the platform, or exploit security vulnerabilities.
- Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or API abuse beyond normal operational use is prohibited.
Payment and Billing
- Subscription fees are billed monthly based on your active customer count. See Pricing for current rates.
- Payments must be made through the supported payment methods listed in the admin panel.
- Failure to pay within the grace period will result in temporary suspension of panel access. See Subscription for grace period details.
Intellectual Property
- ISPbills software, documentation, branding, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of ISPbills or its licensors.
- One-time license purchasers receive a single-machine usage right. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the source code is not permitted without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
- ISPbills is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- ISPbills is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
- You may request cancellation through ISPbills support or an available subscription-portal control.
- ISPbills may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
- Export data you need before termination. Post-termination access, retention, recovery, and deletion depend on the current policy and applicable legal or operational requirements; this page does not guarantee a 30-day recovery window.
