Settings → WhatsApp Events controls which predefined ISPbills events may send a WhatsApp notification. The page lists the event name, its current/default message, and whether it is enabled.
Use the row action to enable or disable an event. The current page does not create new events or edit their message text. Enabling an event only permits the notification workflow: actual delivery still requires an active, correctly configured WhatsApp gateway and a valid recipient number.
After changing an event, trigger a safe test case and review WhatsApp History. If no row is created, confirm the application event actually occurred and its recipient has a number; if a row fails, investigate the gateway response instead.
