Available wallet balance
The available balance is paid Partner wallet credit minus funds already applied to ISPbills wholesale invoices. Pending or unpaid top-up invoices are not available funds.
Use Partner → Wallet to:
- see the current available balance;
- see whether website sales and ISP creation are unlocked;
- see the exact funding shortfall;
- add funds using ISPbills payment methods;
- review top-up history;
- check the current platform discount.
Maintained activation balance
| Billing market | Required available balance |
|---|---|
| Bangladesh | BDT 5,000 |
| Other countries | USD 100 |
This is a maintained balance rule. For example, if a Bangladesh Partner has BDT 5,000 and applies BDT 2,500 to an invoice, the remaining BDT 2,500 is below the required balance. Website sales and new ISP creation are locked until at least BDT 2,500 is added and paid. The slot-based buying discount remains active.
This funding is usable account credit, not a fee. It can pay eligible wholesale invoices, and there is no monthly minimum true-up.
Volume discount levels
| Level | Active ISP accounts | Discount from regular platform price |
|---|---|---|
| Launch | 0–4 | 25% |
| Growth | 5 or more | 30% |
The buying price always starts from the current ISPbills public selling price. Launch subtracts 25%; a newly activated fifth ISP moves the Partner to Growth and subtracts 30%.
Wallet credit remains spendable against eligible wholesale invoices. Maintaining the required balance unlocks website sales and new ISP provisioning; active ISP volume controls the discount slot.

You can change every package name, monthly selling price and one-time setup/OTG fee. Select exactly nine packages for the public website; all 12 remain available in the Partner workspace.
The Partner discount applies to both the monthly platform price and setup cost. The setup-fee editor shows a permitted range:
- Minimum: your discounted Partner setup cost;
- Maximum: the regular setup fee.
Lowering the public setup fee within this range gives the ISP a discount from your setup commission. Neither monthly nor setup pricing can be saved below your platform cost.
Calculate your gross spread
Use this simple formula:
ISP selling price − Partner platform cost = gross commercial spread
Example:
- ISP selling price: BDT 3,000
- Partner platform cost at 25% discount: BDT 1,875
- Gross spread: BDT 1,125/month
Gross spread is not final net profit. Deduct your applicable tax, payment-provider fees, marketing, staff and support costs.
Use the same calculation for setup: ISP setup fee − Partner setup cost = one-time setup spread.
Understand the two invoice directions
| Invoice | Seller | Buyer | Where to view |
|---|---|---|---|
| Retail Partner invoice | Your Partner business | ISP client | Partner → Billing |
| Wholesale platform invoice | ISPbills | Your Partner business | Partner → Billing and ISPbills invoice page |
When an ISP pays the retail invoice, its Partner subscription can activate. Pay wholesale platform charges from the wallet when appropriate.
Avoid common balance problems
- Pay the top-up invoice; creating it is not enough.
- Add only through Partner → Wallet, not through an ISP client’s customer-payment screen.
- Check available balance after paying a wholesale invoice.
- Restore the displayed shortfall before asking another ISP to sign up.
- Active ISP count—not wallet balance—moves the buying price from 25% to 30% off.
