On this page

Every Partner receives a ready one-page website. It is designed for ISP owners and includes real product views, a focused capability overview, nine selected packages, sliding payment/SMS provider rows, FAQ, testimonial, contact form, signup and client login.

Configure branding

Open Partner → Settings and set:

  • business/brand name;
  • logo and favicon;
  • primary and secondary colors;
  • welcome message;
  • support email, phone and WhatsApp;
  • business address and support hours;
  • terms and privacy URLs;
  • social links;
  • storefront footer;
  • testimonial quote, customer name and role/company.

Use a clear logo with enough contrast on light backgrounds. After changing an image, reload the website without browser cache if the old version remains visible.

Configure search and website integrations

Under Partner → Brand & website → Website content:

  1. Write a unique SEO page title of about 50–60 characters.
  2. Add a useful search description of about 120–160 characters.
  3. Paste provider-issued verification, analytics or tag-manager tags into Verification, analytics and tag-manager HTML.
  4. Paste live-chat or engagement snippets that belong at the end of the page into Live chat and end-of-page HTML.
  5. Save, open the live website and confirm the provider detects the tag.

The website supplies canonical, robots, social-sharing, sitemap and structured FAQ/organization/software metadata automatically. Custom tags run only on the public Partner website; they are not inserted into the Partner portal, customer application or checkout. Use snippets from trusted providers and remove integrations you no longer use.

Edit website packages

  1. Open Partner → Packages.
  2. Review the 12 ready subscriber tiers.
  3. Enter the public package name and monthly ISP selling price.
  4. Set the one-time setup/OTG fee within the displayed permitted range.
  5. Select exactly nine packages with Show on website.
  6. Save and open the website’s Pricing section.

The minimum setup fee is your current discounted Partner setup cost. The maximum is the regular setup fee. Choosing an amount between them lets you fund a customer setup discount from your own Partner commission without selling below platform cost.

The website’s Start online signup button automatically carries the selected package into the signup form.

Managed ISPbills subdomain

The platform creates a subdomain automatically during Partner registration. ISPbills manages its DNS record and TLS certificate. The Partner does not need access to the ISPbills Cloudflare account and should not create this record manually.

The domain page shows its state:

Status Meaning
Pending DNS Provisioning has started but DNS is not ready
Active DNS and domain checks have succeeded
Failed Provisioning or lookup failed; review the displayed reason or contact support

Add a custom domain

  1. Choose a subdomain you control, such as billing.example.com.
  2. In your DNS provider, create a CNAME record.
  3. Point it to app.ispbills.com.
  4. Keep the record name/host equal to your chosen subdomain.
  5. Open Partner → Domains and add the full hostname without https:// or a path.
  6. Select Verify DNS after the CNAME is publicly resolvable.
  7. When active, make it the primary domain.

Only the automatic ISPbills subdomain is provisioned by ISPbills. You are responsible for creating the CNAME for a custom domain in your own DNS account.

Test the website

Test on desktop and mobile:

  • logo and brand colors;
  • navigation links and scrolling sections;
  • nine selected package cards, monthly prices and setup/OTG fees;
  • live signup buttons;
  • feature, product-screen, provider-logo, FAQ and testimonial sections;
  • contact-form and phone links;
  • contact-form attachments; and
  • contact form submission;
  • the new message appears under Partner → Website inquiries;
  • terms, privacy and social links;
  • client login.

Troubleshooting

Problem Action
Custom domain does not verify Confirm it is a CNAME to app.ispbills.com, remove URL paths, and wait for DNS propagation.
Managed subdomain failed Do not change ISPbills DNS yourself; open a support ticket with the failure message.
Logo is missing Upload a supported image under Settings, save, then clear browser cache.
Signup is unavailable Confirm account standing and restore the required available wallet reserve.
Wrong package appears Confirm the package is active and open the signup link from the correct package card.

The contact form accepts up to three document or image attachments of 5 MB each. Submissions and private attachments are saved in Partner → Website inquiries, where authorized staff can read the conversation, download files, reply by email, and close or reopen it. A hidden honeypot, signed completion-time check, and request throttling reduce automated spam without adding a CAPTCHA to the normal visitor journey.
